Big Run, So I guess none of these manufacturers will EVER wish to upgrade their manufacturing operation, let alone use the Y2K issue as a reason for doing so. The Japanese, for the most part, have not upgraded their systems for several years and apparently think the same way you do. Look where they are now in relation to productivity vis-a-vis modernized US manufacturers. And lest you contest this, think about Honda and Toyota opening up US facilities with great profitibility. (Mitsubishi seems to have some EEO problems though... :0) Regards, Ron
