Tip and DJB, This is the wind up of some really old events when Spudman got his tit in a wringer regarding some margined stock positions. I think it was Boise Cascade, among other positions like MU, that got him in trouble. Remember when MU hit 17 bucks or so? Well that is when the originating transaction occurred. I never did see all the details on what he and the bank did, so maybe someone else can provide details.

But saying What's taken potato head so long to wise up? is uninformed or ________ ; fill in the blank. -vbg-

Mr. Spud via his companies owns 18.7M shares, which counts the 7.6M he's putting up for collateral per the S-3.

Another giant block of Micron shares being traded for something more tangible...
