Henry, interesting discussion. I believe it was Frank Herbert that wrote of a society(Gowachin I believe, been a long time) where the only way the defense could win a case was to prove that the law being enforced was actually wrong, thereby changing the law. In either case the losing attorney was put to death. Sometimes life should imitate art<VBG>.

That's true about getting off jury duty. However, I received several warning from other libertarians about the risks of trying to sway a jury on which one sits using the FIJA arguments. Apparently there is a case in Colorado in which a FIJA juror was convicted, i believe, of jury tampering.
