Apparently there is a case in Colorado in which a FIJA juror was convicted, i believe, of jury tampering.

If you and I are thinking of the same case, the young lady did not reveal a conviction for LSD use, and attempted to nullify a drug case.

As Barbara pointed out there may have been extenuating circumstances in that case, the juror in question lied to get on the jury. Failing that I doubt a conviction on jury tampering in such a case would survive a Supreme Court appeal.
