Hi TLWatson59,

From your post it sounds like you called the courthouse. Did they tell you there was a preliminary conference scheduled? And when you say "instead", does mean that the judge hasn't made a decision in favor of Araldica or could it be true that there is a decision and that they have scheduled a preliminary conference to oversee the administration of justice?
