I agree. Always do the opposite of II's advice. CMGI has more strength to rally with the other internet stocks.

I read a study that news letters are poor predictors of future expected returns. Whether its II are any other newsletter the odds of their being correct in the long run are 50/50. I would not place any significance to II recommendation to sell. I must confess that the towering heights are making me nervous. Happily long and waiting for substantial dip to buy more.

Gimme a break! You can fault II for picking some losers and making some bad buy/sell calls, but to fault them for ignoring the tea-leaves and voodoo of techical analysis is silly. I'd drop my subscription in a minute if they DID start chanting about double-bottoms with a half twist. You techies should start throwing darts instead. Much cheaper than all the software, and equally predictive.
