KZAP, reverse splits hurt share price only in companies that can't produce income to support valuation. There is a remote possibility that if this press release is real, the company will produce income, who knows. If it does, then the stock price will be based on earnings per share like any legitimate company. However, the tricks this outfit just pulled on shareholders leaves me doubtful. Email the SEC about the fraud just put on the heads of current shareholders.

KZAP: Dispelling the rumors such as "RA has left the country," etc. there is not REAL bad news fundamentally, right?? If so, let's hear it. True, seems underhanded that RS wasn't released with earlier news and hardly anybody likes to hear the term, esp. 1-70. IF fundies are the same and previous releases hold water, all is not lost... perhaps nothing has even changed for the worse long-term. IF, indeed, RA is on his way to Brazil or whatever.... well, that would speak for itself. But I for one have little choice but to hear what he has to say, hopefully from this country...

This may just be wishful thinking but, Has anything negative been confirmed? Has anyone confirmed that the SKYNET deal is bogus? The PR just said that they had a letter of intent signed, not a definitive agreement. Maybe that is why whomever was contacted at SKYNET wasn't aware of it. Also, reverse splits aren't always the equivalent to armageddon. I have held some stocks that have actually gone up after reverse splits. So I am not sure the panic prevalent on this board is justified. Has anyone confirmed RA sold any shares today? Has anyone confirmed that he isn't sitting at his desk working instead of boarding a plane for a non extradition country. Is any of this negative stuff anything beyond rumor? Remember, the company has been saying all along that a massive short position exists. If I was short and needed to cover I would certainly welcome rumors of this type. Maybe that is all that is going on here. I realize that this may be wishful thinking, but you never know. I have seen shorts go out and actively try and foul up a business and quash deals. Anything is possible until the bad news is confirmed. I don't currently hold any PKGP, but I would hate to see someone dump at a huge loss based on unconfirmed rumor. RCJIII
