I stand corrected on GATE, though their numbers look pretty poor...

Here's 5 qtrs worth of revenue growth for the companies in question:

You are correct, the group is pretty stagnant these past few qtrs,
though I would argue that ALTR and XLNX are far more likely to return
to historical growth curves.
