Jim, You asked for honest replies to your message so here goes....I have no idea what the real truth is for now, but have serious doubts as to the demise of this company at this point. There are too many things that don't add up and I'm staying invested until I hear official answers. I'm extremely disappointed in you however right now. I expected more of you than this. If you have doubts, as we all do, I would understand changing your recommendation on the stock until we know what's up. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR DECISION TO STAY AND ADD TO THE NEGATIVITY AFTER YOU DECIDED TO END COVERAGE. Is it your intention to bash stocks you decide to end coverage on? Not very professional in my opinion, especially until we hear the rest of the story. No offense intended, but perhaps you could wait until things become less foggy.

JimB If you are out of this stock, why continue posting rumors. You state the skynet deal is not real. You have no idea how an acquisition works. Lower level people are not told. People would stop being productive. Plus you got this unsubstanciated from another post and are repeating it. A director of a department is not a DIRECTOR as in BOD. RA has been telling people no reverse split? did you speak to him directly? Financials showing revenue growth. That is a precurser to earning growth. Why would he post false news before leaving the country?? Are you calling him a criminal? This is all securities fraud and he would be running forever. Why would PKGP still be retuning calls?? Now for your esteemed news letter, how about posting some facts. Yesterday you were advising investors to jump in. Did You??? I am sure you will say you did. jmt

Jim B. I'm moving over the USXP thread after this post. First, I want to apologize to you for cutting & pasting TOPDOG over a week ago. I did not realize that it wasn't allowed...won't happen again. I was on vacation last week. I called my broker a few times to get periodic quotes... what a surprising week. I also called ICC and found out that they dropped PKGP/USXP, but they did say they thought the company would do well in the next six to nine months.. whatever that's worth. The thread here and USXP is just too much to read. I only skim at this stage. What is the story or rumor with "RA selling all his shares and leaving the country?" Why did they lend him the $10 million in the first place? They did buy SKYNET. I could see all the confusion... I'm confused as well, but still holding at this time. Can you update me a little further on RA, the shorts, or whatever? Any facts to some of the rumors you posted yet? Thanks, Anthony.
