- Agreement Includes Syndication of AIME's Original Video on Internet -

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 1998-- American Interactive Media, Inc. (OTC BB:AIME - news) has entered into a strategic partnership with
InfoSpace, Inc., a leading syndicator of content on the Internet. The agreement calls for InfoSpace to provide AIME's streaming video Internet entertainment

partners and to other sites on the Internet. The relationship was announced by Mark Graff, president of American Interactive Media, and Naveen Jain, president of
InfoSpace.

The InfoSpace agreement gives AIME's entertainment networks, developed by WebFeat, Inc., AIME's content development and production subsidiary, prominent
visibility on the InfoSpace site which generates 130 million hits a month. The immediate beneficiary of this agreement is ComedyNet (http://www.comedynet.com), a
