American Interactive Media, Inc. (AIME ),http://www.aime-inc.com is dedicated to delivering proprietary, aggregated and licenced digital content and other Internet- based services. WebFeat Inc. is AIME's proprietary digital content production subsidiary.

AIME's principal service, the webPASSPORT Network, provides easy -to -use, inexpensive Internet access and customized interactive services delivered to to conventional televisions.

U S West Communications Inc (NYSE,USW ) has recently entered into a development and technical collaboration to test an Internet- delivered consumer service that utilizes AIME's webPASSPORT Network services.

Hollinger Digital, the new media subsidiary of leading English language publisher Hollinger International Inc. (NYSE : HLR ) has recently completed a $ 6 miilion investment in AIME as part of a broader strategic relationship between the Companies.

I feel the stock is an undervalued-overlooked Internet "Content play" with very strong Corporate sponsorship including Hollinger (HLR $ 1.4 Billion in sales) and US West Communications recent agreement with AIME. Interest in the companies proprietary content is just now coming in from all over the world.

AIME is now qualified for NASDAQ listing and they plan an application in late April 98.
Stock has traded in the $ 2 --$ 11 range historically.
Shares issued: 13 million with approximately 1.5 million Float.
