I agree with you for the most part. To clarify though, normally the individual shareholders don't have a position sufficient to cause an overhang on the market. The ones who have most of the shares in a reverse acquisition are the main insiders and more importantly the "deal guys". The market which is created is normally there to support their liquidation. In fairness, that is always a problem that needs to be addressed. It is necessary for everyone to get paid but the shareholders have to be a primary concern. They are the ones who support these companies and they deserve every chance in the world to profit from their investment.
