Relax Paul: Bearishness Rules.....Great sign!.

>>Here is the point however. This gives Novell an extra quarter to get its Netware 5.0 established in the enterprise. You would think the stock would pop.

IT"S UP AN EIGHTH!!!!!!!

Now most people here except me believed MSFT would give NOVL breathing room because they expected a late release of NT5, but the stock hasn't responded to what should be a Buy signal!!!! >>

Paul:

The "expected pops" or will only hit Novell when the news about its turnaround is finally believed by "mainstreet". That's when the inside longs and and the core - not retail - of Wall Street will start to sell.

I like the stock action. The entire world wrote off Novell long ago. It/IS grins, smirks over "Novell" are still proudly worn. All these NT lemmings are in for a rude awakening when corporate enterprises everywhere HAVE to become self-administered/controlled/directed internet-fired portals without the tools necessary to do the job. The internet's power will blow away these early NT birds and Novell's value will rise again.

Nice to see Joe, Vinod, Steve and the rest of the bearish clan still waiting, watching, grinding away in disbelief.

Keep em coming Paul. You've played both sides of the arguement with a maestro's attention to passion and beat of each section of this evolving score.
