yes i am very interested on what you find i bought 25,000 shares a couple a months ago at .08..........it was a shame that their press release came on a day with the dow lost 209 points........this news went completely by the waist side.........if you contact co. they may think of putting news out on more positive days

Seems pretty interesting. but several major concerns/questions. 1) How much did they pay for Landmark Software and even more importantly how did they pay for it Stock, Cash, Debt.... 2)First three months alot of sales of Insiders onto the market at .05-.06 3)Company seems to be losing alot of money on old businesses and I know that Internet business maybe hot and sexy right now but also require alot of capital to make profitable."Cash and cash equivalents were $38,896 at March 31, 1998, which represented only a fraction of one month's operating capital, assuming no increase in sales over current levels." 4) Looks like the company might need to issue more shares to keep company alive and at .07 range it could add up to alot. Still not buying with too much questions but will keep an eye on it. Good Luck, John
