I think Harry Browne made a tactical error in the last election when he refused matching funds even though he qualified for them. He should have taken as much as he could get and then given it all back to be used only to pay down the Federal Debt. Tom, Dan and that Canadian guy on ABC would have had a hard time ignoring that. <gggg>
