Jim.......... I don't want to talk to Altomare. He is smooth on the phone and will tell you what you want to hear. I've fallen for it too many times. My point was to fax the company to his attention at 516-349-8036 and voice your displeasure. How many will get through to him on the phone and how much time will he spend talking to you? I haven't seen a post yet from anyone who talked to him today. At least in writing he might see how many investors are pissed and respond with a news release...but I forgot about the very few on this thread that would take the time to do this. All I'm reading about on this and other threads is the SEC and lawsuits. Forget it. If you go back several news releases, he has about seven teams of lawyers he deals with. I'm sure, he made sure what he did was legal, even at our expense. By the way someone pointed out something very interesting on Raging Bull. THE REVERSE SPLIT WAS ONLY ON THE CLASS A COMMON STOCK. THERE ARE 3,000,000 CLASS B SHARES WHICH WEREN'T EFFECTED. WHO OWNS THESES SHARES? Lakers
