That email came to me today or last night.

As for penny stocks vs NASDAQ .. I understand how pennies can drive you crazy. For the most part in my time here on watching OTC-bb stocks the great majority have one big momentum rum.. and/or a few smaller runs after, but almost all fall afterward. Yes there are a few rare exceptions but I think all would agree this is the common scenario. Pennies dont act like NASDAQ stocks in that when a GOOD SOLID NASDAQ stock is discovered.. it goes up.. plateaus, rests, goes up, etc. On this exchange the stock gets discovered, and even if it is good, it only has a short shelf life while the OTC BB traders run for the next 50% in 2 hour killing.

Unfortunately the very few good penny stocks get thrown in with the large majority of poor ones, and there are very few "investors" in this OTC BB exchange so its very hard to keep the stock price up.
When I see what I consider one of the very best penny stocks (potential wise) DGIV, drop from $8 to $2.50 I know there is little hope on this exchange. I mean, this is an international telephony company with incredible potential, albeit possible short term problems with the Asia problem. I havent followed it closely for a month or two, but last I heard it signed a contract with GERMANY for god sakes.

I know if a stock stays above $4.00 for 30 days or more they can move to NASDAQ, and I dont understand why DGIV didnt attempt to move when they had the chance, as there are many many many thousands more investors on NASDAQ than on OTC-bb. I hope GNNX does not make the same mistake. Basically I hope their house is in complete and total order, so when the stock price goes back to the $4 level they can send the appropriate paperwork to the SEC and get off this exchange as soon as possible. Please dont dilly dally on this exchange any longer than you have to GNNX. As you can see the combination of loose controls on MMs and lack of real investors will make u sit at an undervalued price for ages.

Thinking about moving back to NASDAQ stocks himself in the coming months,
Mark
