I am not going to discuss process parameters, I
have no idea about the process and its parameters.
But I know the result. I told you many times that
your general rant about drive currents and gate
lengthes is largely irrelevant because the gate
geometry can be locally optimized when necessary,
and without knowledge of design it is a nonsense to
derive the top operating frequency of the device from
simple gate switching characteristics. You still
did not get it, Ph.D-boy. That really makes YOU
look silly.

Anyway, today the HP is marching ahead with the AMD
"inferior technology", and I think it is not too long
until the K6-3 will show up and shave up Intel a bit
more. Stay tuned...
