James, I surly don't know how this is going to transpire, but I would like to see it as a bit informal where we maybe get Bob to open with a few words, and then let Pete and Jim speak about what they'd like to say, and after that I would hope a semi informal discussion would ensue, where not all questions need to be prepared and may give way to a rather spontaneous conversation. However, I'm sure there are going to be a fair amount of prepared questions. Again, these are just my thoughts(Bob is running the show), and I'm sure what ever comes of it can only be most rewarding and informative.
