From today's WSJ:

Microsoft finds Windows CE is no Juggernaut

...With more than $12 billion in the bank, Microsoft has no lack of resources to market Windows CE. Its brand name and reputation also confer a perception of momentum. "We've had about 3,000 design wins, and Microsoft has probably had 20," says Jerry Fiddler, president on Wind River Systems Inc, an Alameda, CA supplier of a specialized operating system that competes with Windows CE. "Yet I'm reading an awful lot of articles these days about Windows CE, and none about ours."...

I only have the paper version. The article doesn't really say anything new, but its nice to read what I've been feeling for a long time.
