Tom: FWIW....be careful of the Adkins diet. It was originally designed for hypoglycemics and is best administered by a physician. I recommend that you take a look at the "Zone Diet." Written by Barry Sears. Read "Mastering the Zone."

The book I discussed was Lichello's.

Hi Tom- 'Fess up. You saw Graham and immediately thought "crackers", didn't you?! :-) Sorry... not the food kind of Graham. I remember John from Prodigy days and he was reading "The Intelligent Investor" back then. I think we all pretty much agree that Mr. L is a lot easier reading than that!! :-)
