Yeah, tracert is cool--a fellow over on the Dream machine thread suggested it. Yes, unfortunately I get red6 everytime, it is terrible, tho since I'm not playing a super twitch game like Quake, maybe it is mostly a matter of pride to have a good connection. I tried two AT&T x2 and one 336 line in my area, always red6, next time I am up at three a.m. tho I will try again and see if that helps, evenings are tough--and all the kids are on summer break now StarCrafting it up.
