Does anybody know anything at all about pending lawsuits that have been filed by past shareholders of AKLM who blame AKLM for improper accounting techniques? I posted on the THQI bulletin board on AOL that AKLM looks like it has great upside potential, and someone responded, "But what happens when those lawsuits get settled?"

This issue keeps popping up.

When I called Glen Cove to ask about this (twice now), nobody in their PR department seemed to have the slightest idea of what I was talking about. So I'm asking if any of you out there are long-time shareholders and will share the scoop on this story.
