A site like that would be awesome only if it contained the following: 1) similar features that SI currently has (including PM) 2) an ignore feature to block out undesirables 3) the webmaster must listen to the members and ban or suspend all members that post information that has no relation to a stock. This includes the hypsters as well as the bashers (not the one's excited about a company based on news releases) 4) members must be required to include their email id on their profile. This way hypsters and bashers would get messages from other members which could help curtain unacceptable behavior. 5) to become a member, one must provide the webmaster with a telephone number and address. Anyone else care to add? Ben

Could never be done sorry. For a few simple reasons. To make a webpage like SI would take alot of work, even for an experienced HTML, and CGI programmer. This work would be done for free, I believe because don't expect anyone to sign up if its a pay site. Next, you would need access to a CGI bin which goes for about 50$ a month, I believe. Another down side. Unless you won't be using a CGI, though I believe this is how SI does it. More but I believe that is enough.
