Sector, it was a private placement, so i doubt there was a rating put on the offering. If a rating HAD been placed on the offering, it's anybody's guess as to what it would have been. It could very well be placed in "junk" status, but I doubt it. It's certainly nothing to quibble about at this point. The financials on this company are easy enough to find. Either you feel like they're an ongoing concern or you don't. I doubt the debt offering was done without a fair amount of due dilligence. greg
