Because I believe that Intel situation is unstable.
Their products are lacking innovation, staff
is arrogant, marketing is deceptive. The Moore's law
went out of initial exponential phase, and it
breaks down the whole business model of infinite
upgrades. Intel's management is incapable to see this.
Historically there must be a time when Intel
monopoly will fall apart. I do not want to miss
this moment. Fair enough?

PS. Small clarification:

extreme conditions.> AMD never had this
problem:) OEM system designers had.
But the problem is totally gone with
0.25um shrink.
