Did you enjoy the "moment" today?

Looks like AMD's K6 is not the only thing you own that is "ice cold" today!

Ali, Because I believe that Intel situation is unstable.
Their products are lacking innovation, staff
is arrogant, marketing is deceptive. The Moore's law
went out of initial exponential phase, and it
breaks down the whole business model of infinite
upgrades. Intel's management is incapable to see this.
Historically there must be a time when Intel
monopoly will fall apart. I do not want to miss
this moment. Fair enough?

Well, it is true that Intel appears to have been a bit heavy handed in their dealings with CPQ, IBM, Digital etc. Especially considering CPQ, Digital, IBM, are customers of Intel. If so, then these problems are coming home to roost. Their also may be a rift with MSFT. If so, this is the most serious problem they have.

You no doubt, have thought about and have an understanding of the technical issues AMD will face. But what about the business side. Are you saying your aversion to Intel is so great that you will invest in AMD in hopes that AMD can hurt Intel, or do you see AMD as a truly viable alternative? Do you think AMD can flourish (not just survive) at some point?

Also, have you considered AMD's cash crunch and are you concerned AMD will collapse anytime soon (within 6 months).
