DELL and CPQ already lease. Would be interesting to see what proportions. I am tempted to buy puts, right now, but I am overexposed to puts right now as it is. If it goes through 55 I will liquidate another position win or lose and pile on.

So you are saying that GTW hasn't thought through the ramifications of the Your:)Ware program? I'm betting that they have and know that it will add value. Ever consider that they can donate those used computers to grade schools through their Country Stores? What a nice hook this will be to cause financially strapped school systems to buy new GTW machines for the higher grades. Easy to copy? Maybe, but not if the Country Store is part of the equation. Do we all keep those big cow boxes in our apartments for two years so we can ship it back? Not likely. Ship it back in the new box? The packaging won't necessarily protect it and it arrives as damaged goods. There goes the credit. This may not be the scenario that GTW has in mind but if it's not I'm betting that they have a better one.
