Phil, thank you for clarifying how you felt with regard to Zulu.

Zulu indeed has seen its growing pains. But they are growing pains in which it seems that many penny stocks have experienced. The company has obviously chosen the back door route onto Nasdaq, rather than the expensive, glamour-packed frills that accompanies Doubleclick's entry onto the market.

Sure there's hype. There always will be. And, of course, they'll always be the opposite of hype. No shortage of that either.

Regarding your questions concerning the revenues, we are ALL waiting and it has been a long controversial and difficult wait. The revenue figures have not yet been confirmed. The key as to when these figures will most assuredly be released is when ESVS shareholders gather to vote on the merger with Zulu. The SEC filing that ESVS filed stipulates that Zulu will make this report available. And since shareholders meetings are public events, this information therefore will become publicly available. But this is the forced route.

There is a better one, and one that makes more sense. Given the manipulative nature of advertising, timing is everything. It's my guess that Zulu is waiting for the perfect opportune moment to present its confirmation. The numbers presented earlier, if you think about it, are not a reach. This is especially so since Softbank Interactive Marketing (which Zulu acquired) was at the time Doubleclick's closest competitor.

The company has concentrated on establishing its business plan and solidifying its management team. Release of the audit and a form merger with ESVS onto Nasdaq will create a condition whereby Zulu's different and highly innovative ad technology will put them back in the race against Doubleclick. At least that's how those of us who have studied and been with Zulu for a long time feel.

Please do follow developments. You might well like what you see coming down the pike if you keep a close eye and ear. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have more questions.

Best wishes,
PartyTime
