Based on the supposition that DF-144 is no longer a Midland product, and its unlikely that it ever will be one, it appears to me that Mark should be putting out feelers in the direction we just spoke of, no??

Or would that, in yours ( or anyone's ) opinion, put the skids on any legal remedies we and the company are seeking.

Not a lawyer, here, and don't expect anyone to commit themselves. A JMO would be just fine.
