Based on the supposition that DF-144 is no longer a Midland product, and its unlikely that it ever will be one, it appears to me that Mark should be putting out feelers in the direction we just spoke of, no??

I do not know what Mark is reviewing other than getting the lawsuits filed and the Liquidating Trust finished. Hopefully he will be done with a lot of the legal stuff this week then he has to get out the filings, etc etc etc.

I have been told there are companies talking to them but I believe this DF thing has got to get cleared up first before anyone can do anything.

There is no way that a "real" company would reverse into this MIDL with all the known and unknown skeletons in closets. That will never happen. I have never been long this stock, so I am looking at this as an unbiased observer. Fischer took the money and left, and he and the money are gone. Not one red cent will ever be recovered. It appears from what I have read that there will be some brokerage firms in trouble over the deal also. If you own stock and can trade out of it, you should, and never look back. And if you sold stock that had any possibility of being tainted in any way, you should take all assets out of the brokerage firm that you sold through, immediately.
