A followup post.

A couple months ago, I posted on the idea that Sony will really be using XYBR technology for building a stripped down wearable to use on the Tokyo trains and subways. Here is an interesting post from NVXE.

Last week I saw on the news a new personal TV system Sony is developing - you wear glasses and headphones that are wired to a CD player - the glasses have the little screens in them - one for each eye - the article stated it was like having your own personal 48 inch TV screen - the news flash showed a man on a train in Tokyo wearing one of the systems on his way home from work.

I told you then that Sony is developing technology to process digital and analog signals in the train corridors. The logical extension to watching your personal TV is to be able to surf the net and read your e-mail BEFORE you get to work.
