Subject (Replies: 1092)Started By: Alan Markoff Date: Feb 25 1998 9:51AM ET STOCK RESEARCH: Ticker: ALYA Exchange: OTC-BB Company Name: ALYA Shares Issued: 10,900,000 Insider: Insiders hold 7,000,000 of the 10,900,000 Free Trading Float:1,450,000 (insiders have 1,000,000 of this) and the trading volume listed for ALYA since April 28, 1998 of over 8.5 million shares. Allowing double printing that still leaves a turn over of more than 4x the supposed "free float of 1,450,00 shares of which 1,000,000 shares are held by insiders. It must have been the "tooth fairy" unloading these share on the market.
