My response:
1) I think this is all but over already

2) Even if the stock were at 50 cents, this only brings 1,000,000 more shares into the float...I don't like it, but I don't quite see the doom of what you are referring to.

Increasing the float by a few percent won't materially impact PE ratio much at all

3) In the early years of infrastructure building you sometimes do some stupid things, convertibles based on stock price is stupid....lesson learned...they won't do it again or I will shoot them myself!
