it will be more like -> consumer-internet-manufacturer and everything "build-to-order" and as soon as there's large enough bandwidth via cable or satellite, we won't even have to live in cities and go to work everyday in our cars, just work from our home/offices in an island in the South Pacific or a ski resort. go to a Barnes & Noble store to buy a book? sure! take our cars, spend money in gasoline, hope there's not much traffic, park it, move our atoms inside the store, search the aisles for 30 minutes hoping to find our book, which unless it's a best seller they probably don't have it , and then repeat the process to go back home. so inefficient... ___ So before, the flow was: Consumer-Dealer-Manufacture, becomes, Consumer-Internet-Dealer-Manufacuture. See the problem with that picture.

It's hard not to get over-confident as a short when seeing the long's fundamental arguments. But I'm coming to believe that we're being monitored by the manipulators, and the more confident we become the stock is about to go down, the harder they hit.

Hey - maybe the longs here are actually ringers deliberately sent to lure us in deeper!

I agree with you, though - anyone who can withstand the siege will be amply rewarded (and with more than an "I Survived Shorting AMZN" t-shirt).
