AOL POST Sounds Good

Subject: Not Quiet Much Longer

Finally got a call back from IR today. Seems they have been very busy getting
Mr. Ziller off to Brazil. He will be meeting with high level dignitaries and
everthing "looks promising".

IR mentioned that press releases are getting caught up and we can now expect
about one per week short term and perhaps one every two weeks after that for a
while. IR does not want to hype stock with press releases that have no
meaningful content. (Does that mean they fired the lawyers? Just kidding.)

Press release out this week will clarify september 1999 date. Date is correct
for unmanned drones. IR said that upon the signing of a contract that ARCS
could be operational in four months with manned aircraft. (As I understand it
manned aircraft
are required at first to satisfy Brazil as to safety of system anyway).

I understand PLFM is now licensing the system which requires a substantial
down payment. In addition, they will receive a set amount for each subscriber
which puts the potential amount of income per month in excess of $10,000,000.
IR expects good news from Brazil within the next two to four weeks.

As I understand it, PLFM is also offering Brazilian telephone companies 100%
financing through international banking connections.

Sounds like PLFM is making them an offer they can't refuse.

Space division still going full speed ahead.

In my opinion, some of these large block trades we are seeing on Fridays are
just Market Makers squaring their inventory going into the weekend. At first
I thought it might be the smart money getting out because something went
wrong. Now I feel comfortable holding through the quiet period before things
break loose. PLFM is still not a guaranteed thing but they sure seem to be
doing an excellent job of lining up the big guys.
