Well said ... and to top it off, you should see the very unprofessional private messages I have received from a poster on this thread that doesn't like the fact that my reason refutes his senseless repetative BS. I must have really hit a nerve with him. DD on any company this new consists of the company telling yo in their best estimates what they plan, and keeping you informed. This poster has threatened court actions for fraud, he has told us that because the company will not break their fiduciary duty to us, the shareholders, that they are a scam. THINK ABOUT IT! The company has not lied to us once. They have done their best to keep us informed. And they have started a very professional company with lots of room for growth. So, before you believe the lies, yes, lies, where is thelawsuit, where is the SEC investigation? Yup, before you believe the lies of this person WHO IS PAID by the MMs and shorters, ask yourself: WHERE IS HIS MOTIVATION? Is he an altruistic good samaritain? Nope, NO ONE IS THAT NICE ... Nope, he is not here to save you, he is here for one reason only, and that is to hurt you by inspiring fear. Has he responded once to present a good argument as to why it is LEGAL for him to have the information he wants you to think the company is holding from you? NO, he has not, and he will not. Why, because it would be illegal for the company to release that information. I realize that a lot of you don't really know what a shorter is. Well, it is someone who sells a stock that they DO NOT OWN! Yup, that is right. You buy a stock that you want to invest in. Then along comes this person, and BORROWS YOUR STOCK, and replaces it with an IOU. Then he sells it. Riight off, that neutralizes the buying effect of your purchase. Presumably at some point, he is supposed to buy it back and give you your stock back, but when you take his sale, and combine it with the FEAR he induces on here, the price does indeed go down. IS THAT BECAUSE OF DD? NOPE, it has nothing at all to do with DD. NOTHING AT ALL! Then there is the naked shorter. That is a Market Maker that bets on the stock going down by selling shares that DO NOT EXIST. Is this legal? Nope, it is out and out fraud, but in the turn around 3 day delay from sale to close, it is difficult to find. Why? Because they hide behind the same thing that they DAMN this company for doing. Not opening their books for inspection. Then they PAY A PERSON LIKE WE HAVE ON HERE TO SPREAD FEAR thereby ensuring that they make a profit BY STEALING FROM YOU, THE SHAREHOLDER.
