Management said things were rosey and they didn't understand this big decline in the stock price. That was only a few weeks ago. Now they are estimating flat earnings next quarter and slow orders.

And how, exactly, should we believe anything they say in the future?

In hindsight i can say all my questions were valid. I couldnt find the answers. Got thrashed by the posters here for asking. Y2K started to become a part of daily broadcasts. I bought in.

118,300 smart/inside knowledge/?? sold yesterday after raising the price to get more suckers in.

SEEC is a lot like PTUS. We had PTUS disappointment and now SEEC (I am in PTUS but not in SEEC)

CMND on the other hand being a service provider is more like PRTG. Both are down quite a bit. But odds are both well do better going forward then the tool company such as SEEC, unless they expand their service part of the business.
