The article sounds autobiographical to me, Essam, though Sherlock is not the author of that post. It has been through many iterations, but one place you can find it is exchange2000.com The one element that is left out of the article is the monthly reporting on the 15th, and the provisions of the Net Capital Rule that in essence require MM's to escrow significant funds against underwater short positions. Short MM's only win if investors cut and run. Otherwise, as buying continues to come in, sooner or later, they will be overrun. Just like it is impossible as a practical matter to buy every share on the open market, it is also impossible to short out the whole float.
