Columbia Capital continues to improve fundamentally with each session! I agree with your post. The addition of Berwyn Holdings, Inc. gives them the capability to offer yet additional services that are turnkey.

When you take a look at Columbia Capitals fundamentals they just keep growing. The acquisition of Berwyn is just another example of this positive growth pattern. Considering their capabilities in other areas, such as the EBT mandated by the government this is truly a great company to invest in.

As more and more people discover the Y2K problem they are going to realize the path is very clear on where to put the investment dollars!

The addition of this resource will give them additional clout and advantage over other ISP's, credit card processors and financial institutions, as the press release states. But more importantly, a solution to the Y2K problem is in the grasp of this company. This is a big deal! As the millenium rolls at us the potential for a major financial upheaval looms as computers everywhere are not prepared for the "00" popping up! With this astronomical issue on the table those companies addressing this problem are going to be the big hitters that we need to be looking at and investing in. I consider this as almost "Self-help." This type of a company will still be here after the smoke clears while others, not prepared, are struggling to get it back together and just survive. CLCK ALREADY has compliant systems platforms! The Kirchman Dimension 3000 system that is Y2K compliant.

The revenue numbers look viable appearing. I agree with you as you stated "This is exactly the kind of stock I am referring to as an undiscovered Value + growth play." I will continue to improve my position. Thanks for including the URL's for fast access to the company information.

Columbia Capital continues to add to their bottom line with the addition of Berwyn Holdings which for the first five months had..."net income, after tax, on an un-audited basis, of $1,055,525." Jeff, based on the current outstanding shares this is an addition of about 16 cents a share alone. If you take into account present EPS along with conservative estimates of their potential in others areas such as Electronic Benefits Transfer, would you agree this company could be earning around 70 to 80 cents or more by the end of this year?
I hear that companies in their industry sell for about 30 to 40 EPS.
What a bargin for under $3. I ask why is this so cheap? The only answer I have is no matter how substantial the fundamentals are, price is still a function of supply and demand. Very few of us know about this company today. As word gets out watch the price.
