I know about a company that is just a few days away from making it to the NASDAQ small cap market.....and off the Bulletin Board.....they have already met the 22 day qualifying period of over $4..And all reports from the Nasdaq about their application have been very Positive....but the stock has dipped below $4 ($3.62) this week, because of a MM short and the Company is looking for some support to close at or above $4 in the next week ......The stock is thinly traded on the BB, with a float of only about 1.5 million.....They are profitable and expanding and fully reporting......

The COO/CFO has been talking to and lining up fund managers and brokers for the last 6 months in anticipation of making it to the NASDAQ, and they have a lot of support when they get there, but the funds cannot buy until they are off the BB.....They are very confident that the stock will be at $5 to $6 minimum, and marginable, within a week or 2 of getting on the NASDAQ.... .They are fully reporting, and just got a 3 million influx of capital to triple revenues.....The CFO was invited to a broker's exposure meeting Last Friday in Las Vegas with over 300 brokers in attendance.

I know the CEO and COO very well, I have owned the stock since September '92, purchased by a private placement.

**** I ALSO KNOW SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, THAT I DON'T WANT TO POST ON THIS BOARD, THAT WILL VIRTUALLY GUARANTEE YOUR SUCCESS IF YOU INVEST IN THIS COMPANY WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK.

BKS over 5 points now.. could be the alliances it keeps making for their selling books on line and could move even more. I wish I had gotten in but I didn't think it would go this high.

LCOS..I'm keeping that for a while. I would like to pick up NSOL some time next week for their earnings report on the 13th of July.

PAYX.. sold that one too soon. Still on strong uptrend.

Tripod, a Lycos Company, Signs barnesandnoble.com
as Exclusive Bookseller
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 1998--
E-commerce Alliance Allows Tripod Users to Sell Books Online; Deal
Also Extends Current Lycos Relationship
Tripod, Inc., (www.tripod.com), the fast-growing Web community,
today announced that it has signed an electronic commerce agreement
with barnesandnoble.com, the world's largest online bookseller.
barnesandnoble.com will be the exclusive book retailer on Tripod.com,
and will gain additional distribution power through the extension of
its Affiliate Network with Tripod's more than 1.6 million members.
With this announcement comes the additional news that
barnesandnoble.com has extended its previous agreement with Tripod
parent company, Lycos, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCOS), to appear as the lead
bookseller on Lycos' popular navigation site.
Through participation in the Affiliate Network, Tripod members can
sell books from barnesandnoble.com via their personal homepages on
Tripod. Whenever purchases are made through these personal stores, the
host member receives credit from barnesandnoble.com. This alliance
comes hot on the heels of a similar announcement on April 1, 1998 of
Tripod's agreement with CDnow, the leading music retailer on the
Internet. Tripod's homepage builders are now offered the opportunity
to build music stores attached to their personal sites with templates
created by Tripod specifically for this purpose. Likewise, Tripod's
bookstore template will offer members a simple and quick way to
develop their own book commerce area on the Web.
