Randy, the halt came at the request of the exchange and was a result of the quick gapping that was occurring, even though there wasn't actually all that much volume. In addition, the fact that NOTHING was coming out on the ask side, added to the reasoning for the halt. At the time of the halt, I believe there were 10K shares at .29 and the next offer was up at .40. I have little doubt, given the timing of this activity, that Jim is actively working on the negotiations of the deal with Walter. Now we wait and see if the deal will come thru. Salut, Leigh McBain
