Thankyou Gary very much....thankyou....thankyou,,,,,Geez Gary have I told you thanks alot for the effort. It is very important for us to keep tabs on this number, IMO the issuance of new shares and diluting of all of the shareholders is a travesty. Thank you again. :-) I'm afraid if we see this number rise again a suit may have to be filed on behalf of all shareholders in regards to the NASD manual pertaining to shareholder rights and maintaining ownership.

Question: Issue of 53.8 million shares... I think we read 14.4 are at NPEC's issue as 144 holding for 1 or 2 years from issue. What was the stated issue date? the balance of 39.4 million shares some were issued for business use ie. pay bills and PP, also to buy equipment for Chile project. some are held by insiders for there part in the company ownership. Can anyone tell me the total est. of who holds what and when the dates come due for the 144 stock to be avaible for trade? I did read that of the 39.4 there were something like 33.0 million held by insiders of 144 issued stock. Is that the number? If so can it be put up or could a loan be taken on the issue for any reason and the off shore investor sell the loaned stock into the market? Last question on a company web site. Someone said there would be one and I was just looking to find out one answer to a simple question. Will it have a counter to tell how many hits there are each day? That's it for me if anyone can help!!!!
