The reits I own have good management teams, but I am going to look at their recent purchases/building projects to see what the costs have been. I used Cappello's (sp) book for evaluating reits when I was purchasing them years ago. Most of them have quadrupled in price and are now giving me over 13% yield on my original investment. Joan
