Kaimes - Read the 10K and focus on the facts it states. Forget the frigging boilerplate already! Then go back and read the facts in last years 10K and the year before that and the year before that if necessary. Then look at the stock price, today's stock price. Then ask yourself why Dawson is back and the ex-CEO no longer holds shares. Finally, your thesis makes no sense regarding the need for financing influencing what is written in the 10K. Your analogy to a resume is clueless, totally inapposite. Just remember this, forget the warnings, caveats, boilerplate; consider only the facts contained in the 10K. Then keep calling VLNC until you get acceptable evidence of solutions to the problems laid out in it.
