I thought the float was at 6mil? you said 15mil. I believe your 10% interest to be paid on the bonds is right i said 10.5.

In June, Amazon also filed to sell up to 5 mil. shares at approx.
$40/share on an as needed basis, mainly for acquisition purposes.
I don't know how that works ... but if they haven't sold the 5 mil.
shares yet, I'd expect them to do so really soon. The URL for that
filing is:<<

I do too. Amzn would do well to sell a few of those shrs. in here soon for acquisitions down the road. I get the feeling wallstreet wants this one and to see what Jeff B. has in mind about that down the road, right now just speculation on my part.

crazy idea: Amazon is going to get an exclusive to sell
Microsoft's software on the net (just kidding - but I can't think
of any other reason that would come close to justifying
Amazon's recent run up).<<<

That is a possiblity, not so crazy. Amzn could start a software store too or buy out an internet retailer like i.p.o., software net. or some other. I'm sure Amzn will make some surprising acquisitions in the future.

That would fit nicely into their theme, Books, music, software, etc. Who knows where this is all going to Amzn in the end, could end up as a major Center for Ecommerce. The portals are really starting to zero in on that big pie.
