Sounds like Toys-R-Us ?

I think (IMO) inventory problems are more a result of Year-Two-Thousand YTK problem resolution than end-of-year season.

Definitely an interesting theory. If correct, I wonder if Intel could get a futures market going and allow investors/traders to shoulder the fluctuating demand? Or, without going that far, simply charge more for a turnaround order than for a 3 month delivery order...
