You can go to Stockwatch and check out ALL the shorting on ALL the stocks, on ALL the Canadian exchanges....Short interest is routinely posted.....Peace

Sam: MM's can short, I believe anywhere.
I also believe that John is correct about the Canadians (civilians) being able to short there also.
I know for a fact, I wouldn't tell you the names of any firms that would allow you to do this.
Not being nasty, just being smart.
