A couple more misconceptions just crying out to be corrected in John's analysis.

1. The plant and equipment has a book value i.e. historical cost of $31 Million. Its market value is not $31 Million. The salvage or liquidation value is certainly less, probably a low fraction, possibly close to zero.

2. The 10 Million authorized preferred shares are mothing but paper. Pure paper begs the question: Who will buy it and what would they pay? Bow John, bow.
