As I told you before, consider how many others are in your position - and can really use that CPU horsepower. And dream about it.

Well those are 2 different things. Really using it and dreaming about it that is. There are folks that can use the power, but they aren't the majority IMHO (however, I think maybe we should agree to disagree on this one).

Intel may have some "life" left.

Never said they didn't. I just don't like them as an investment at this time. That's all. (remember in a previous post I said I may own Intel again in the future).. I have no bias against their stock or the processors. I feel that for certain tasks there are better choices on both the high and low-ends, and for other tasks Intel is clearly the way to go.

That's the way it should be though (again IMHO). It's nice to be able to buy a part that better fits what you need it to do and to have a choice of manufacturers in doing it.
